  • Masoori daal 3 handful, unsweetened coconut grated, mustard 2 tblspoon, red dry chilli, green chilly, cumin seeds 2 tsp, ginger paste 1 tsp, mustard oil, bay leaf, ghee, hing or asafoetida, banana leaf, turmeric tsp , salt, sugar tsp

Directions

  • In pan first dry roast daal or lentil and then wash it and keep aside ,now in pan half boil dal , and keep aside. In other pan add mustard oil heat it and add cumin seeds, hing, bay leaf, red dry chilly and toss it and keep aside. After this make a paste of daal ,Take a banana leaf add daal, mustard coconut ginger , green chilly paste, sugar, salt,and fried cumin with other item and ghee, mustard oil salt, turmeric . Now tie the banana leaf , In pan add water and boil leaf and cover it in low flame. After 15 mins untie paturi its done,serve with green chilly, coconut
